Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, sooner if possible and just let us know the reason why you would like to return it.
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Which means that you have a total of 30 days to return your order back to us (including the 14 days to let us know about it).
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that personalised art and other personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery, we will happily replace it and cover postage costs for you to return the original. If the item is damaged please send us a photo of the damage and the original packaging to email@example.com
Please be aware however, if your return is simply sue to a change of heart or mind, and the product is not faulty then we will cover the original postage cost to you, but not the return postage costs. As such you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card/payment method, within a reasonable number of days. Please be aware that it may take a little while for the banking system to process it.
